hey guys, i been trying many types of ways to fix this but nope of them works.... pls help or guide me i really wanna play this game.

List your system specs, ff7 install details,  what patches you have, if this is the retail verson of the game, etc.

I agree. I know it's no fun to have this problem, but please don't post in all caps in the future (thanks, at least, for not posting your WHOLE MESSAGE in caps.)

It's crash, not crush.

The following info is helpful:
(1) Are you running Standard Install or Maximum? (Maximum is better)
(2) Are you using the "running movies off the hard drive" trick? Sometimes it fixes the problem.
(3) Please post the exact size of the following files (right-click+properties)
flevel.lgp, found in [ff7 directory]\data\field
setogake.avi
moviecam.lgp

install from utima edition
movie playing it frm my hdd, patch with 1.4 xp patch.
flevel.lgp - 122 MB (127,963,958 bytes)
setogake.avi - 2.68 MB (2,819,610 bytes)
moviecam.lgp - 2.16 MB (2,274,727 bytes)

This discussion has been around enough times already. We don't support pirated copies (in fact, it's a pure courtesy to fans that we provide support at all). These forums encourage spreading the word of FF games and new fans of the genre, not stealing said games.

And yes, of course you just downloaded the ultima edition since your original discs broke.
