Has anyone noticed a recent trend of mangas with the Square Enix logo on them? I have to say as much as SE has been failing in the FFgame department recently I've been liking their mangas.

You simply haven't had enough exposure to Yotsuba&! Nobody can hate that one.
However, anime fansites and news sites bug the crap out of me. Too many of them are NSFW (I'm looking at you shitkaku complex), or generally assume that liking anime means that you have to try to be Japanese in every possible way.

lol at Yotsub&!
I personally prefer Manga over anime most of the time. Only Anime's I've like are Bosu Renkin, Rurouni Kenshin, Gungrave, Fate Stay Night, Tora Dora, Haruhi, Green Green, DragonBallZ, Escaflowne, G Gundam, Midori No Hibi, and zero no tsukaima.

I read the manga and watch the anime most of the time and Square's mangas really are good, I think they even had something to do with Full metal Alchemist which is a really well done series, My all time favorite has to be Gurrren Lagann and DBZ, anyone who doesn't like anime tends to get roped in by one of those.

zero no tsukaima.
Really? I mean, I watch it, too. But although it's entertaining, it just seems different from the others you listed.
Like I said, I can't throw stones.

OMGLOL Bitter Virgin is on that list. Such a sad story.
How do you mean on Zero no Tsukaima? Tora Dora, Green Green, and Midori are like it. Though there's more action scenes in Zero then the rest. Probably my missmatched one on that list is Haruhi. The rest have either a good story, romance, ecchi and or action/fighting in them.
Sadly I've been putting off getting into Gurren Lagann. I'm hoping to get into it once it has enough material to keep me busy a couple days or is finished.
A couple more on my list. I sometimes do enjoy a good gore manga. Berserk(actually enjoyed for the storyline as well), Battle Royal, whatever one where the guy starts out in prison and punches through a big fat guys gut (I forget titles time to time obviously).
Also forgot to mention the classic Inuyasha. Can't believe they finally finished that. Old news but it was in the past year. I'll stop saying finally once it gets to two. And thursday specials Naruto and Bleach. Also recently got into Psyren, Airgear, Ushio and Tora, Lock on!, Defense Devil, Kyou Kara Ore Wa, Bartender, Veritas, Negima, Kurohime, GE-Good Ending, etc (I like alot of manga)
Please don't Laugh at me but my all time favorite is Ichigo(Strawberry) 100%

Dude, Gurren Lagann has finished since 3 years ago, unless maybe you are in constant denial like myself then I understand your words, but you should definitely watch it.

The anime probably is but I think I've seen the manga pop up time to time in onemanga. Did they actually do a complete storyline with the anime or like a session?
-
Both the anime and the manga are finished it's just people are too lazy to translate it on on onemanga so it gets released late and the anime is very faithful to the manga, they covered just about everything so it's a complete storyline.
