nice! let me know how you like it, i have a core i7 rig half built ATM with nearly identical hardware. Ran outta funds, so it's just sitting in the closet right now. It's amazing what i can no longer affor now that i own a house  :roll:

Sounds badass, but with the money you're gonna pay for that i could probably buy 3 to 4 machines with lower hardware but still good enough to run any game at at the very least 1440x900. xD

true, i just wait for alot of the hardware to go on sale or get an ope box item. I've saved probably like $500 on what i have so far, which is the mobo, powersupply, case, and Win7 Pro.

I just like the idea thati can build this system and just slowly upgrade for the next 4-5 years. The mobo is hexacore compatible as well, so that leap will eventually be available. But since im so broke all of the hardware will be obsolete by the time i get the machine up and running :D

Buy a crusty old gfx card from best buy stick it in there then return it in 30 days or whatever gets you by prozen. I know it would kill me to have my dream rig in my closet!.
