Hello,
Wich files contain Characters FF7 PSX in CD (not character in battle)
-
How do you mean? Do you mean the text characters (the letters)? Those used in the field and in battle are different. Do you mean the character (player char) models? In the field or on the world map (pretty sure they're not the same)? Do you mean their stats? Their skeletons? Give me some clues.

Character (Clad,....., enemies,peoples)
-
That still isn't very helpful.
Do you mean:
1. Field version models?
2. World map models?
3. Kernel.bin stats?
4. Kernel.bin character AI?
5. Something else entirely?
Help me out here.

You see Clad and a red soldier, me I want where are placing these charachcer and I want to replace it by new character like in FF7 PC Character HD , I know you can help me if that work we well the firsts who make FF7 PSX in HD

Ah, so you want the location of the field models.
Go here (http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=tm3dDTOKl8_uxq6Xz8edlyg&output=html) and then lookup the Char.lgp entries. This will tell you which files of the lgp correspond to which body parts on the field models.
Be aware that things like the Phoenix rejuvenation pack have already done this kind of thing for the PC.
Also be aware that there are issues with going above ordinary filesizes on PSX. You will have to hex edit the lookup tables and reinject the files into empty space on disk. I believe Gemini's tools can do these; look them up.

PSX cannot achieve High Definition models. Period.

I would assume he means HD in the sense of 'better quality', rather than actually displayed at a different resolution.
Although I don't know enough about how models are handled to say exactly how many polygons they can reasonably support etc.

it's hard to locate them in PSX version
