Title: Anyone into hypnosis?

Well, is anyone? I went to a show at the university tonight and the dude was talking about self hypnosis, and I'm kinda interested. I don't really wanna pay money to get lessons, and I'm too lazy to google right now ha :/

You want a good start, try meditation for dummies. Learn how to engage the brain and how it ticks before messing with the clockwork.
