For those that have been wondering what I've been up to whilst I've not been active here, it's this

Wow. That looks... awesome.
-
Actually looks like it could be quite successful. What was your hand in it?
-
Very impressive, I will have to look into this game when it comes out.

The 2006 LAN teaser was a target render done by an art outsourcing firm in Sydney...
Quote from rockstar games.
Most on here (or other forums) exaggerate there position/s in the gaming industry, but it seems you are telling the truth.
Congratz! most only dream to get there "foot in the door" so to speak of the industry, you have achieved a status bigger than Square Enix. In fact I'd rather be working with any project related with rockstar! if it was up to me.

This is a Rockstar game that isn't GTA, so I'm excited. I really liked Table Tennis.
-
Wow.
This is the first game I see where lyps are in sync. Facial animations look awesome.
Plus I always like detective stories.
Definitely looking forward to this.

Read about this in game informer, and let me tell you, you are a hero. This looks INSANE!
-
The Saint, what parts of the game were you developing? Looks nice, reminds me of Mafia series which is definitely good thing.
I hope the gameplay is polished like those scenes are.
-
wow, what detailed lip movement. that totally stole the show, imho.

It stated at the end that the trailer was entirely ingame footage, any sneeky demo's available saint looks awesome
-
This genre seems so wrong without Peter Lorre.
-
This is exactly the type of genre that I usually veer away from, never was a fan of GTA or Godfather, but WOW holy crap man. Even I'd play that ;D

It was ingame footage yes, but they were still scenes. All polishing effort usually goes into cutscenes, were they pre-rendered or realtime.

Unforuntately, due to NDA all I can mention is that I'm a programmer on the project.

Ah, well let's just take that as a proof that you're doing great job.
-

That's all I needed to know to worship you

We'll possibly know more when the game comes out and we can see the credits. They always sort out the programmers by what part they're programming.

Honestly i really don't like the "mafia" theme, i mean, that time frame.
The game might have a good story tho, but i don't see me tryin it. Didn't play Mafia, so i don't see why i should play this one either.
But since you've worked on it, i can only hope for it's success.

Looks like a pretty awesome game. I am reminded vaguely of Call of Cthulu for some reason, wrong time periods I suppose, though. Haha.
Still I love the whole old fashion feel to it. :).
-
Mafia-themed games and movies have always caught my attention. I would SO want to try this out. I'm sure it'll be awesome!! :D
