I see what you did there.
edit: Also, the totals in that don't add up. A single car, almost finished, is 19.9 G$, but you've only downloaded a total of 10.5 G$? Your shawp is flaw'd.

I didn't make it.

And is it possible that the person downloading the cars started the torrents in another client? Or course, I don't know much about torrenting *cough*

Anyway, stop posting! The last time you posted in a thread it got baleeted because of the stupidity.

It wasn't even a stupid thread. It was innocent and harmless fun. And YOU'RE the one who got it deleted :P

It was deleted right after you posted in it.

And remember what you said about the quality of a thread being correlated with the percentage of posts made by you? Turns out that it's a negative correlation.

Turns out that it's a negative correlation.

But by posting in here he has made a negative into a positive? LOL

Now now, calm yourselves down. You are both *equally* stupid   :-D

Not as stupid as the 'you wouldn't steal a handbag, why'd you steal a movie?' adverts, mind. I mean, piss off, I'd easily snatch a handbag if I could get away with it / wasn't such a massive girl a granny could beat the crap out of me / wasn't such a fat neckbeard I never leave the house in the first place.

I've never entirely understood the point of playing Valve games through something like xfire, since Steam already accomplishes most of the same things, and it's a safe bet that anybody who's playing these games (at least on PC) already has Steam.

'Cept for the pirates.  That being said, Steam is actually a platform I'd rather buy from than pirate from.  It has relatively non-restrictive DRM (only restriction I can think of is you have to be online to play the game, the first time you play it, so it can authenticate, after this, you can just use offline mode), which Valve has a kill-switch for, in the event that something happens, such as Steam going bankrupt.  The only downside of Steam, to me, is the lack of a physical disc, but that's a personal preference that's going the way of the dodo, so I'm just gonna have to get fucking used to it.

Steam can't capture videos, broadcast video or measure fps^^  And the main thing - steam doesn't support FFVII or FFVIII :'( (as well as other games that weren't released in steam)

1. Steam can't broadcast videos live, it's true, but most Valve games have a little thing called Source Recorder, which can playback not just the original gameplay, but different camera angles if you program it afterwards.
2. Most games have their own in-game FPS measurement. All Source-engine games can be told to do this.
3. I have FFVII running through Steam. Overlay works and everything. You CAN add non-steam games, and they work fairly well for the most part.
4. I was only asking why people would use xfire for Valve's games. I can perfectly well understand it for games which don't necessarily use Steam, but games like Left 4 Dead and Team Fortress 2 ARE guaranteed to use steam, except for pirates.
