Before you go any further with this, you should probably check out Team Avalanche (http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?board=15.0) - we've got similar aims to what you're trying to acheive, and we've already done a lot of it.
Looking great though, but cloud's a bit too saturated :P

I see this project, but icons look very bad - they simple resize , low quality. I manuali clean all pictures. Cloud's hair special done more yellow - in game he is not blonde
UPD: Remade Cloud

Well, why not join Team Avalanche as a contributor? Not being funny, but individual projects usually fail, because they're not big enough to garner attention, or be supported. Join a larger project and you've a far better chance of being seen.

Ok, when i done first part (all personages icons) - will try to ask Avalanche about join )))

I disagree with the TA Avatars being 'Low Quality'. We get the highest resolution source possible, and upscale it only so the sizes are a uniform amount larger than the originals. Compare yours with this, for instance (http://ncs.millenia3d.net/etc/cloud_00_PSD2.png). And here's the original (http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x74/beefpwnage/cloud_00f.png), upscaled with fractals. That TA avatar hasn't even been upscaled at all.
Although your ones do look great, they look slightly too 'doctored' and not as sharp as they should be.
That's just personal opinion though - You're doing a great job, so keep it up.

Also no one needs avatars that big.... I often think TA went overboard when over 1280.
