Title: SOLVED: Reinserting the SCENE.BIN file with poweriso

i been trying to get this to work for week now and i use poweriso , so i edit the scene file with hojo and update it too ,put it back in the iso and convert it to eboot for the psp and the game wont start but just a black sceen need help please.


oh all i did was just edit the hp and attack of monster

what exactly are you editing in the scene.bin?

i don't have experience with hojo but usually thats something we should know, if for the other guys, to narrow down whats going on.

There are issues with PSP eboots, not least when KERNELs are modified.

Try playing the modified SCENE.BIN on something other than a PSP.

well i got disc 1  and 2 to work but for some reason 3 wont boot

i try on the pc too and it wont even start too maybe it how i reinsert my scene file back into the iso?

Use CDMage Beta (http://cdmage.orconhosting.net.nz/beta.html) instead.

cdmage wont let me reinsert the scene file back to the iso i try all only poweriso work for me but 4some reason disc 3 wont start but i got disc 1 n 2 to work ok

You need to use CDMage Beta 5. In Beta 5, just right click a file and choose 'Import file'. This will let you reinsert the file.

If your SCENE.BIN is too large to reinsert, I suggest you use my Disc Extension Patch (http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=11541.0).

Alternatively, if you're having trouble getting CDMage to work, I suggest using CDProg (http://ffhacktics.com/downloads.php?id=6).
