Title: Anyone play chess?

If so maybe we can start a  little tournament here ?  8 players minimum, first to 2 games up to the final.  We would have to find somewhere to play like Yahoo, but it would be pretty cool.

Anyone up for it?

Ah that reminds me of the good ol days when I'd play online chess games while mirroring my opponents moves in a background game of chessmaster to see which move I should make.  Those were the days...

Yup, that sadly does happen :P  and it becomes painfully obvious to me when someone is doin that cause it is like every move is a doomed one, and no mistakes at all from opponent of any kind.  I played 1 guy I know and lost 5 times to him... I had no chance.  Then in person he was suddenly the worlds worst player....  didn't take a Kasparov to work that one out.

Of course if we get enough support, no using bloody computers to help!!!

I want to play in this mini-tournament. Don't wanna miss my opening game (that is, if the tournament gets to start), but if I do, then don't hesitate to announce a loss for me.

I'll try to participate though, as long as the game is played in my free time (I have too much of it).

Unfortunately i can only be online once every few days.

Since my daughter was born i'm rarely able to get online as we moved and i never brought  pc/laptop with me.
