I'm having difficulty adding a large texture file to magic.lgp
I normally use lgp.exe and unlgp.exe.
I use unlgp.exe to extract magic.lgp in a folder named 'magic'.
Afterward, there's a 'ff7' subfolder created within the 'magic' folder.
When I use lgp.exe to compress the 'magic' folder, it ignores the subfolder.
I thought I could use lgptools to just add the texture into magic.lgp.
Alas, lgptools ignores the texture file because it's 769KB.
Is there any solution for adding large files into magic.lgp?

Just use a modpath, then you will not have to add anything to the lgp

But for the record, I dont have this problem with my lgp tool. Did someone else try this with the .exe someone1 made?
1 I forget who.

kranmer made them.

Thank you!
I was using a very old version of Aali's lgp.exe.
Y'all are amazing.

So you have fixed your problem then ?
Yes it was I who compiled Aali's LGP/UNLGP tools (although i think other people have since compiled them).
And i haven't encountered that problem since around version 0.3, but if anyone else could try UNLGP'ing magic.lgp and let me know what happens, if there is a fault in the binary i will recompile it.

I was using an old version compiled by sithlord48.
I switched to your compiler with the source for Aali's lgp tools 0.5 and everything works flawlessly.
I was too busy playing FF7 and didn't research the tools I was using.
Thanks for the super support,
