So after recently being re inspired to play this game, I noticed that there was a new menu mod that I hadn't had previously (i last played this about October time) so having been away from this game, id forgotten what mods I had already installed etc, and decided to delete and reinstall a fresh game, picking my mods from scratch again, only to my surprise that this error occurs http://i34.tinypic.com/147k29.jpg. Now I have literally no knowledge of wtf is going on to my game, its especially annoying that before I uninstalled, I had a little play for 5-10 mins on an old save, and this didn't happen.
Just in case it matters, when I found this error, I hadn't done anything but updated the newly installed game to the 1.02 version. I've searched all morning (about 5 hours of solid scouring forums) and anyone who did have this error did not have it solved, once again any help is much appreciated.

Are you using Aali's driver? Those glitched palletes look a lot like the kind of thing you could see with the original graphics engine. Remember running the setup and selecting there Aali's custom driver instead of the other options (software, d3d and OGL).
