Well, i have a little problem here... (sry for my english btw, i'm from Lithuania)
I've modded my ff long time ago (well, not too long really, but still it's already half of year passed since then), and it was okay, i've used many mods and stuff... And it worked. Srsly. Now I just wanted to finish the game (first time on PC and 4th time on PS :D) but my ff7.exe shows me a Black Screen and then returns to the desktop everytime I launch it (i'm lauching it through the Ficedula FF7 Music.exe though) I'm not a dumb, but i'm confused :D Think that's the driver problem, because in Ficedula launcher i see this:
WM_ACTIVATEAPP

So what's wrong with my drivers?
(didn't tried to switch in FF7 Config, i'm afraid that i can just ruin the whole stuff :D)

Do you have installed Aali's Customdriver? Which Version?
The Messages indicates, that Aali's Driver not work, so you should post it into Troubleshooting for Aali's Driver.

Hmm, not really. I bet if you run FF7Config again and re-set your sound driver it will work.
-
Aali, already did it, but still no use.
Yes, i have installed Aali's Custom driver, but don't remember the version though.

i got it working by going into opengl cfg (or input) And changing the line
# plugins
# a movie plugin is required, the music plugin is optional, but required to make FF7Music work
movie_plugin = plugins/ffmpeg_movies.fgp
music_plugin = plugins/ff7music.fgp
so that theres no # next to music plugin....mine had that originally and once i removed it the error for sound didn't appear (DIRECT SOUND ERROR
ERROR: No sound driver is available for use. in FILE C:\lib\src\sound\dx_snd.cpp LINE 68
)
however i still receive the other error about nvidia and stuff but at least the game works now
