Title: How to change width Fonts in FF VII PC???

Hi guy!! I have a question for how to change width fonts because i translating FF VII into my language, i was edit fonts but some original letter too short or long for my letter. I think file WINDOW.BIN have width table but i can't find tool and i have no idea for this!!Please help me!! Thank!!sorry for my E! :oops:

No problem! First of all, welcome to our forums.

This page (http://wiki.qhimm.com/FF7/Menu_Module#Menu_dependencies) has all you need to know about the file to edit. If you're modding the PSX version you will need to look at the WINDOW.BIN file as you say.
Then you'll need to know about the compression method (http://wiki.qhimm.com/FF7/Kernel/Low_level_libraries#BIN-GZIP_Type_Archives) it uses.
You'd also need to know about the graphics format (http://wiki.qhimm.com/PSX/TIM_format) or you can use someone's tool to translate the image between more conventional formats. I don't know which one to use, but plenty of other people do.

After that, just modify the way the image looks and keep track of which characters are going where when you do the translating.

That's not a very detailed explanation, but hopefully you can figure the rest out.
