Title: Questions about the Custom Graphics Driver 0.7.11b

I've been looking around for answers to some questions I had, but I couldn't find any definite answers. If anyone can help with these, I'd be grateful:

1. In version 0.6.2b of the Custom Graphics Driver, "an option to use the framelimiter for the battle swirl" was added. Also in version 0.7.10b, it said "FF8 battle swirl kind-of works.. sometimes". First of all, what is the battle swirl? Does the battle swirl (whatever it may be) work perfectly in Final Fantasy 7 at least (even if it doesn't necessarily work in Final Fantasy 8 )?

2. If version 0.7.11b is installed, would would it still be possible to install dzuigo's patches? It looks like the Custom Graphics Driver makes dzuigo's mini game patch obsolete, but would it be ok to install dzuigo's other patches? If so, in what order should it be done?

3. The link at http://www.finalfantasy7pc.com/mods/aalis-custom-graphics-driver/ suggests that you need to fill up the first 9 save slots of Final Fantasy 7 before you even install the Custom Graphics Driver, but that site is referring to version 0.78b. Is it still necessary to fill up the first 9 save slots before installing version 0.7.11b? How about for Final Fantasy 8?

4. Is it legal to install things like the Custom Graphics Driver and dziugo's patches?

1 - Version 0.7.9b is least buggy for FF8. Version 0.7.11b works fine with FF7.

2 - Lucky Cait Sith patch, Lucky Tifa and Gypt Instant are the only ones worth dziugo's patches. Oh, and Always run and No Dialog Boxes too. Aali won't ever implement these.

3 - Use version 0.7.9b or upper and you won't have to.

4 - If it was, they wouldn't be available for download.

Thanks! Regarding #2, suppose I wanted to install some of dziugo's patches. Should I install them all before or all after the Custom Graphics Driver (or maybe some before and some after)?
