Nope, I watched the content a bit and the only thing that might be shoking is that there is the AC Mod.

Twitch.tv and Justin.tv are awesome sites to watch people stream games of any sort.  99% of the streams have the same warning about being 18 to view the stream.  I stream on Twitch.tv and recommend people check that site out and support fellow gamers!  Also fun to look around at all the different people playing FFVII on the PC modified.  I just finally found the AC mods yesterday and am very happy with them even if they are from AC it's really awesome to have more options on battle models since they are very limited on Qhimm....  really cool to have AC cloud with millenia's weapons.  Best Battle model/weapon model combo so far....

The reason for 18 years of age is for some content the streamer shows where it might have adult language or some nudity in games.
for instance breath of fire 3 shows some nudity.

Heavy Rain and God of War III are some others I've seen streamed that had some nudity in them.  And alot of the casters curse often so that's probably another good reason to have the content warning before you enter the stream.

What mods is he using so far i see Menu overhaul but anything else you guys can spot?

Also why is everything much more HQ than mine especially the backgrounds

Looks like he has facepalmer for the backgrounds.  Definitely has the AC battle models and field models.  I tried chatting with him while he was streaming but never got any response...  Bootleg installer from PitBrat will help you install those if you have the zip file downloaded already.  And feel free to ask any questions.  I'm always here to help if possible...

Yeah justin.tv has issues for those who stream where the chat at times or most of the times lags out and you dont see what people type.
Its a annoying problem but they never work on it.

That's why I prefer Twitch.tv for streaming games... it's justin.tv's break-off site dedicated strictly to gaming.
