Title: Spell effects

i started making some spell effects last night i was trying to do fire spell but how do i put it into the game what format does it have to be in and do i have to use unlgp on magic.lgp?

Ok but will that replace Fire2 spell kos thats the one im trying to replace. so i don't have to rename or nothing?

You HAVE to rename and stuff. Refer to TA for that.

Always make sure your .png files have the EXACT same name as the file your are attempting to overwrite.  There should be no problem if you are sure to do that step correctly.

I dont know what Fire2 is called im trying to look for that file or should i just rename it to "Fire2" thanks for the help :)

in ff7_opengl.cfg enable show missing textures, start the game, go into battle, use magic that you need, than check app.log for the path and the name

I just recently found another way just go ckeck out cache it says the names anyways thanks for the help
