Since i've seen quite some comments about RE in this forum, well.. here it comes:

Back to the roots? lolno, they're going deeper into action, it's just the zombies seem to back to their shambling old selves, I mean, you see Leon slide spin 180 and shoot while on his back, not exactly old skool Resi is it?


I'll be keeping my eye on it, still got the Revelations 3DS demo to try yet.

Roots??

The Leon sections look like 4 + 5 on steroids, and the Chris bit is Gears of Evil.

Roots would be you, mostly on your own, in a creepy location. RE:Revelations is much closer to the roots in this respect, at least as far as the demo goes.

Thinking on it, well you're probably right.
I saw the begining with zombies and i was like OMGAD! but thinking more about it yeah, but comparing to RE5 and Operation Racoon City, i guess they are somehow going back a bit.

Revelations seems indeed more interesting.

Never thought I'd see the day with Leon and Chirs in the same game...

Though I actually think it looks like alot of fun and the trailer was amazing. But I would love to see a RE Game with the Old Feeling. Maybe this one will be a sort of good blend of Action/Horror though ? 2 was my favorite and 4 was fun, but 5 was just too much action, to me it was just a complete Mind F**k until i played it a 2nd time.

RE2 on PC had Chris for an extra mode.

I'm not a resident evil fan, but I saw the logo of this one, and I dunno about you guys, but the stylized 6 looks a bit like a giraffe getting a blowjob.
