Title: ff7 new cloud model in normal and in the battle

Where can i get new cloud model with bigger characters patch installer without using ali openg drivers if it is possible ?

I want like this bigger and for all characters.

Answer: Nowhere. Even the most basic high rez cloud models require Aali's driver. Aali's driver i bread and butter for every ff7 pc mod you find here or anywhere else.
That goes double for the cloud in your pics

Well first off, people have to make/import those models you're talking about, and that takes a WHOLE lot of time.  2nd, it is possible to have updated models without the opengl driver.   They will work just fine with or without it.
