Hi, Just donwloaded the new release of FF7 on PC off square enix website, im having trouble. Every time i click start on the launcher to load the game i get a black screen, i know sevearal posts of people having same issue but seems more to do with their videos playing upon starting the game/movie scenese where as mines seems to just close when trying to launch the game. Ive tried uninstallating/reinstalling run as admin + in compatiabilty mode for windows xp, ive tried disabling anti virus and fire wall encase its that no idea whats wrong it played for days on end just fine. Any help advice would be aprreicated hope im posting in the right place. Thank you in advance!

have u tried the TM 2.0 video codec?

Tried new game opening video looked fine looked more clear but fine, game seems to be working brillantly with that software

there are 3 videos that show before the prelude credits. what are they?

or rather what is you save folder.

Opps its back again, hit play and black screen then crash, My 3 prelude vidoes i cant see because it crashes when i try and open it, my save file uploads to the cloud sync server not sure where it saves locally
