Title: how to make Sephiroth scorpicus patch to work with bootleg

I have looked and there doesnt seem to be a guide that I am looking for.  I was wondering if there was a guide or something showing what to do to make the Sephiroth patch to work after installing bootleg?

There are a few difficulties that stopped the progress of previous attempts to make the Sephiroth patch work with new models.
