Title: npcs in sector seven by pillar blocking path

just like the title says. when i get to the part where you have to climb the tower to save barrett in sector 7 the shop npc and guard npc are blocking the gate so i cant get through. i have a bootleg install with most every mod so im not sure which caused this. please help!!! have screenshots if you need them. just dont know how to post them.

used black chocobo save editor to put me just past that point. thanks for looking but got it.  8)
