I just started using the bootleg configurator, and noticed a strange problem.
I have infinite HP all the time even when i'm not using the trainer. I have reinstalled several times but no luck.
My limit gauge still builds up, but it kinda takes the fun out of the game.
Does anybody have an idea why this is happening?

Did you enable the INVINCIBLE cheat in Menu Overhaul?
Are you using any difficulty mods?
-
Wow! Thanks for the fast response. ;D
I don't have the invincibility cheat enabled and I'm just playing it on normal difficulty.
On an unrelated note I have noticed that the triple weapon growth is not working either. Don't know if the two could be connected or not, but I figured it couldn't hurt.

Did you install on a vanilla FF7?
Where there any other modifications installed before or after Bootleg?
-
It's on a vanilla and bootleg is the only mod I've got.
-
Are you using a save game that was created while the trainer was active?
-
Nope I started with a new one and got the same issue. I'm gonna re-install it again and hope for the best.
-
How big was your FF7 clean install before Bootleg, and how big is it after?
-

I will gladly switch files with you so I can defeat Emerald Weapon. Actually, I am just kidding. But yeah, how big is your flevel.lgp before and after installation of the Bootleg Configurator?

flevel size is irrelevant
nothing in there governs battle mechanics
the files that matter here are kernel and the .exe
if he has permanent infi. HP there is something wrong with those

It is likely you have installed menu overhaul invincibility at one time or another. Use a fresh 1.02 and see what happens. As far as I am aware I am the only person who has programmed this into the game at all, let alone permanently.
The good news is when the next MO is released it will all be memory based and it will be simple to remove it and install it.
