Title: How to rerun bootleg?

Just a quick question! How do I rerun bootleg? Do I need to uninstall ff7 completely (delete files as well?) or maybe just uninstall and delete everything and start from square 1 on the guide?
Btw thanks for an amazing program

A fresh ff7 re-install is always better.
