Title: cannot find h:\blabla\blabla\sprinkles\unrar.exe and many others

I have the 0040 bootleg installer and i downloaded the torrent from tifa's package.

Earlier today i installed the game, and the mods and i got errors about my gfxdrivers not being installed correctly.
figuring something went wrong i reinstalled the game and now i run into this:

When i click okay lots of others show up. i reticked the "run as administrator" box since it was unticked again for some reason and retried. still the problem persists. The files are also missing from the noted folders.

wut do?
