Hello is there a mod that slows down/rig's slots in the newly released ff7
or someone can tell me some trick so i can get the slot reel i want i tried using cheat engine and changing the game time but it doesn't work that well and frankly is very annoying

You can use HextLoader or HextEditor see HERE (http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=13574.0)
to place Lucky Cait (by Dziugo) into the game. . I would go with HextEditor since it will stop you needing to mess about all the time putting it into memory.
So get HextEditor.exe, place it in the same place as ff7_en.exe. Then add THIS FILE (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/36889302/FF7/CHEAT-LuckyCait.txt) to a folder in same place as HextEditor.exe (and thus ff7_en.exe) called HE_in
So you place LuckyCait.txt into HE_in. Then run HextEditor.exe. The game should now be updated.
I have not tested this myself at all on new FF7, so back up your ff7_en.exe
From what I remember you then use the arrow keys to select each reel and manually alter it.
I need to know if this worked, so give me some feedback! 8-)

No sorry DLPB could not make it i see a file in the hexeditor folder which says Line 1 (LuckyCait.txt): Could not access file. but that's okay(but i probably think it's my fault)
i just wanted slower/rigged slots for tifa tbh don't like using cait :P

No it's probably my fault. What is the name of the main executable you have there? The main program file? In 1998 version it is ff7.exe. I thought yours was ff7_en.exe ?
Or are you using non english game? (the error in the log seems to be an access issue, which would mean either the game was running, is read-only (in that case, go to properties and turn read only off) or you do not have admin privileges, in which case set them in HextEditor properties, run as admin)
Make sure HextEditor.exe is in the same place as the FF7 exe and NOT inside any folder. The folder HE-in should also be in same place as the ff7 executable.
Also, you can use Lucky Tifa instead to do what you want. Get back to me on the questions above.,

no this time i did it correctly but game couldn't be playable it kept going back to the launcher menu
and yes it is english oh well thanks for the helping tho i guess those patches only work on the old version maybe?

We aren't done yet.... It may be that it has some sort of check for data and if it sees it has changed, it won't let the game run.
Instead of editing file we can edit memory. Use HextLoader, and place THIS (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/36889302/FF7/CHEAT-LuckyTifa.txt) file into a new folder in the folder called MEM. Then Run HextLoader, select the main game executable (by pressing A) and from the mem drop down box, select the folder you added, and press OK. It will place the changes into memory.
The file above is for Tifa's slots. They should always be "Yeah"

the hextloader log says
Line 3 (Lucky Tifa.txt): Could not write to memory.
Line 4 (Lucky Tifa.txt): Could not write to memory.
Line 5 (Lucky Tifa.txt): Could not write to memory
thanks for helping me with this but i can't get it to work
btw file is inside the mem folder named lucky tifa which has the txt file both(hextloader) are in the same ff7 directory as well i.e not the mem file inside hextloader but the file outside

Are you running hextLoader with admin privileges? in properties?
This can definitely work because I've had someone else do it with a different memory instruction. The HextLoader program does not have to be in any specific folder. It just needs the text file placing in a folder in mem and then adding to the game (try pressing OK again when the game has loaded). See if it adds the address to memory then.
See the tutorial:

Failing this , I'd need someone who understands hex editing better and has the new game to have a look.
