*snicker* Thank God I live not to far away from Pennsylvania. Oh wait, I do not have $640.00 to spend. Forget it then, I guess I shall not get to see this anytime soon. Oh well :-)

That's nothing new, it's used in some Bar's, but they used it in order to find out if someone was too drunk to drive home. There were two places where the person had to urinate on in order to make a car drive left and right to avoid any kind of traffic or obstacle, it would hopefully encourage them to take a taxi, otherwise I believe the bartender wouldn't let them leave.
