Title: resize text or dialog box FF7

I have problem with text doesn't fit to dialog box. sometimes some words missing/didn't complete, this is really bugging me...

Is there a way to fix this? by resizing text or the dialog box maybe? if yes, how can I make it?

Use touphscript.  It will auto size all of them for you with simple decode encode.

It will locate the correct files for you (do not use ts on 2012 version of ff7).

3 options:

1.  Convert 2012 to 1998
2. Use Makou Reactor to manually resize.
3. Wait for ts to support 2012/

manually? wah, it will become spoiler for me... this is my first time playing ff7 ^_^
may I have your flevel.lgp instead? maybe somehow it will work,,,

If you are using untouched 2012 version, I don't see how it is possible for your above problem to even exist?

i'm using mod for my 2012 version...
will you give me your flevel.lgp file? I didn't backup my file,,,

I can't give you it... firstly, mine is not 2012 version (which prob wouldnt matter), secondly sending files from the game to you is likely illegal and against forum rules.  If you really do have 2012 version, you should be able to get the original file again.
