I have tried everything that I found on this forum and nothing I also think they may have made It worse I don't know.

So please help me~ D:

You could switch on your radio for music.

How should we help, if don't give us details what's going on on your system.
So, more info please.

I had a similar issue just now when installing Bootleg Config onto the Steam release. I fixed it by using the Bootloader rather than the FF7.exe. Hope this helps.

I just installed Bootleg onto the Steam version as well and had no music or sound effects. I chose FinalFan Tim OGG, which is OSTRe for FF7Music, but Bootleg didn't install it despite saying so in the logs. First time for everything I suppose. I extracted OSTRe.7z into the \FF7Music folder, configured FF7Music.exe to point to the OSTRe folder, and everything works fine again.

DraigoDrragon, see if that's the same issue you're having.
