So, recently I decided to give FF8 another go, it's been almost half a decade since I last played it and although I love the game to death (was my first FF game ever actually, got me to play the rest of the series and become a fan), I don't feel like drawing 100 magic from every single encounter. The junction system is awesome... sadly drawing isn't. So I decided to look for a cheat that would allow myself to draw 100 spells in one go from enemies (I know one exists for PSX, since google said so) but I've had no luck with a PC equivalent.
So, does anyone know if there is a trainer/hack that would allow me to do that? In PC that is, draw 100 spells from enemies in one command. I tried Hyne's program, awesome but lacks that particular cheat, and Griever doesn't seem to work for me (get an MSVCR70.dll error).
Any help would be appreciated.

Well the simplest way to fix griever is to just install the msvcr70.dll.
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr70
(download the zip file)
Then I don't know what your Operating System is but you'll have to register that to your system.
You open a command prompt in administrator.
Then type 'regsvr32.exe msvcr70.dll'
Then you should be good to go.
To open a command prompt you go to your search bar (or run window if you're running Windows XP or Vista) and then type 'cmd' and run it as administrator.

Thanks! Got an error after trying that but oddly Griever ran right after trying it, fawk logic but it worked, right?
Anyway, sadly, Griever doesn't seem to have the hack anywhere either. I'm looking for "draw 100 spells" from enemies... if possible.

Except for PC.
Again, thanks for the help on Griever, sadly doesn't have what I'm looking for.

Well on a quick search for a Final Fantasy VIII trainer I discovered this. I cannot test it as I do not have the game installed at this time. I've been off the modding scene for some time.

I don't know if anyone on Qhimm did a Final Fantasy VIII trainer officially though. Don't know if the Cyberman who wrote this one is the same dear Cyberman from our own and beloved forums :).
Though this /might/ have what you're after.
Sorry if this is of no help. :).

Sadly it doesn't, most just seem to give you uber stats and whatnot. I did find a +40 trainer (apparently the number of options it has) but my AV keeps firing off with a Trojan warning when I try to run it and since most come from ... questionable sites, I rather not risk it.
Thanks for your help but that isn't what I'm looking for sadly :(
Hopefully someone... somewhere, has a solution (even if it involves cheat engine or hex editting, I'm willing to try) D:

There is an alternate save editor called Hyne:

(Backup your saves before using, just a rule of thumb with anything really.)
It has the option to set a spell in your menu, and then add the quantity you wish.

Thanks but as I mentioned I already tried that. It could work to just edit the spells but that would involve me having to save, quit the game and edit the spells every time I wanted to use them. it's a LOT faster than drawing 100 spells but I kinda just hoped for a cheat that would just allow you to do it ingame :P
Again, thank you very much for your help but it seems that something like this hasn't been done for FF8-PC.

Ah my apologies, I miss read that bit for some reason. I know cheat engine would probably work, but like you said before you'd need to know the hex value of the draw function, which I sadly do not know.

I might be able to help in a day or two.

Thank you! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there anything out there to make this kind of cheat happen?
Currently Im helping myself with Hyne but its inconvenient to exit the game everytime.
