Title: Vincent Forgotten City Question
Post by: Klaw117 on 2013-10-20 04:06:34
The search function seems to be down at the moment, so I apologize if this question has already been resolved and also if I posted in the wrong section. A quick Google search did find this though: http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=6349.0 (http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=6349.0)

Anyway, yeah, you all know about the glitch that happens after the Jenova-LIFE fight. My question is how do you fix it? The one link that I found above about the issue doesn't actually tell me how to implement the solution, so I figured I'd ask you guys.

Also, I'm under the assumption that because the fix is so simple, it doesn't mess with any of the installed mods. Am I correct?

These are the 2 corrected flevel files.

To install them just use your favorite LGP program to add them to the flevel.lgp. The corrected files will mess with any mod that changes those files. There aren't any public mods out at the moment that are changing those files. The fix is also included in most mods that alter the flevel like Aeris Revival.

There's one fix to it here but the download link is invalid as it was hosted in megaupload:

Exact same thing. I posted a personal like to the files because I knew the old link was dead. It is still just the fix by Namespoofer, original Readme and all.

Excellent, thanks a lot guys. Hopefully the LGP editor won't be too hard to use.
