I have installed the ones I want for Cloud, but I have been trying to find some for the other characters, mainly Cid and Vincent. It would be nice to get Tifa, Yuffie and Barrett too. Iv'e looked around but found only some for Caith Sith and Aeris, both of which I never use. Any help with a link would be greatly appreciated.

I saw that Millenia was working on some weapons back in 2010 and his thread died. There were some awesome pics posted, does anyone know if the other weapons were ever released? http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=8560.0

Considering the age of that thread if any other weapon packs had been released they would have been included in bootleg and the biglist of mods. You can try checking here -> Biglist of Mods (http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=12503.msg173803#msg173803). Otherwise just look through the Graphical mods and Releases forums.

I have already, I didn't see anything. It's weird that nobody has done the other weapons considering how long the MOD scene for this game has been going on.

Tifa, Barrett, Cid, Vincent, and Red XIII don't have modded sets unfortunately.

Red XIII doesn't have weapon models though they have "official artwork" (http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_Final_Fantasy_VII_Weapons#Red_XIII.27s_Headdresses). That would require reworking his battle model and possible the animations associated with it to include such a thing.
