Title: haven't been to the modding scene in a long time...

I bought the Steam Version of FF7, I am hoping this is moddable.

There used to be a MOD, that you could swap out the music and replace it with your own.  LIke changing the battle theme, etc etc.  Does this still exist?

yes but its not needed anymore. you can swap the tracks out in the steam version by replacing them with other ogg files.
