There is no debug room in pal version of FF9. Maybe there is in the japanese version though (there are texts for it).

merci de m'avoir repondu en français car l'englais je connais pas trop
et stp avec le logiciel cheat engine et l'emulateur pcsx reloaded tu pourrait peut-etre trouvé le code debug room français pour final fantasy 9 car pour le 8 et 7 il existe le debug room français

pour cheat engine voir ici: prend le pack zip sans intstallation ici:

et pour le meilleur emulateur psx en plus opensource sur pc windows le prendre ici la derniere version:
