Title: FF7 Exchanging Mythril for Gold Armlet

I got the mythril from the sleeping man and went to the house next to Gongaga but no one was there. Does anyone know if there's a specific thing you have to do first before you can go there?

You have to wait until you try to get the keystone from him.
