Hey guys

just a quick question here

what does this mean just curious

Turbo pad has a "Sleep" button where you can leave the game auto-playing

Pretty random, but I would guess a toggle-able rapid-fire input. Like it just keeps pressing A all by itself without needing to depress a button.

If that's not it then you're asking in the wrong place. What Turbo pad are you talking about?

Yup, NFITC1's guess is correct. Several Hori controllers (and probably this one too) has a feature that keeps doing turbo/rapidfire even when you let go of the controller.
