Title: Edit Profile?

It's been years since I've attempted to modify my forum profile, and I can't seem to find out where to do so.  Is anybody else having the same issue?

The option to modify my profile (avatar especially) showed up after I did hit 20 or 50 posts, don't remember.

Many settings are disabled for low post count users because of a serious spam problem we had for a while. I can't remember where the exact line is drawn, but it is definitely based on post count.

It looks like the magic post number is 15.  :-)  I am now able to remove the stock kitten image and replace it with my avatar.  Thanks again!
