Title: [STEAM] Possible to skip to disc 3 or 4 ?

Is it possible with any existing mod to skip storyline to disc 3 or 4 on the steam version?
I'm not particular where in story as long as disc 3 or 4.

Steam version of what?
I presume you mean Final Fantasy VIII, and aside from save editors, no, there is no way.
