Title: [FF7-Steam] Editing Limit Breaks?

Are there any known ways to alter the limit breaks in the PC version of FF7?

I want to do things like changing their potency, replacing a limit break for one of the summons, replacing a command for a limit break or putting Aeris' limit break effects on another character's limit break.
