Title: GameConverter perma-deletes?

I had a save file that was pretty far but also had an issue that caused me to unpatch and repatch my game and now my save file is lost.
 
I'm trying to recover it but have no idea whether or not GameConverter fully deletes or just throws it somewhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try searching your pc for the save name.
What version of ff7 do you have?
