Title: Error Getting Mods

So I did the tutorial exactly as said but I keep getting an Error message saying Something about a XML document and failure to load subscription? Please help?!?!

EDITED

OK so I fixed that problem but am now getting a 404 problem of the remote server returned an error! HELP!
