Title: Crash at the launch of the game / app.log empty

I have a problem, the game instant crashes when I click on launch game on my 7H install.
All is configured properly.

Does it needs some visual c++ runtime libraries ?

I have , in both x86 and x64 versions :

vc++ 2008, 2012, 2012 and 2015

I precise that my APP.LOG file is totally empty..
