Title: glitched cursor

When you activate the "hand" cursor that floats above Cloud's head and also shows the areas where you can exit/climb, it's just a noisy blue block for me.
I don't know how to do screenshots in-game but I hope I described it good enough.
I've been enjoying the game very much, everything else is superb, this is just a small detail that's just frankly going on my nerves.
Help if you know what mod might be causing this.

This happened to me once, but then when I launched the game another time, it was back to normal. I don't think I did anything special. It may just be a random glitch that fixes itself? Is it constantly like this for you?
