Title: Mods Not Showing Ingame

Sorry Guys to bother you again but i have now 2 more issues
Issue 1  No Effect on the Game

The game starts through 7 th heaven without any troubles but ....
the mods dont has any effect on the game .Its like i playing the old game . Did i forgot something to set right ?
i configured the mods and started as Admin but nothing changed .

Issue 2   Sound Issues
I never had that problem before  and i cant imagine how that happen .
i have fx sound  on the video ,Menu ,Gameplay etc but no  music


i hope you guys can help me .
 I am struggling since 2 weeks to get this running properly and i am almost giving up

Run the game converter again as admin. and chose the overwrite option.
