Title: Menu Overhaul not showing "all" uses

Pretty much what it says on the tin.  Everything else is working great but this one thing.  If a cast has a charge of all left it will show "All:" (without the quotes) but will not show the number of casts left after it.  Not the end of the world but would be nice to know if there is a fix.

I'm sure there's a fix, but none that has been posted.
