I have looked at the FAQ, and have made sure my paths are all correct. I verified that the game works in its vanilla steam state, but trying to launch it through this with mods does not work, I get this error pop up every time, regardless of what mods:

The patch at least appeared to set up correctly, and I have the iso mounted and everything.
Edit: OK discovered I had to set "Run in 640x480" to true in the properties of the EXE, it now loads.
