Title: FPS display

I've had a dickens of a time getting all this to work, some things straight up don't (skip cutscenes mod doesn't work AT ALL). Right now what I can't figure out for the life of me is what is displaying the FPS in the top right. There doesn't appear to be an option for this anywhere. Any ideas?

Edit= Nevermind, I found the FPS display option in a cfg file. I have no idea why that was on by default.

Thank you for posting this and helping me find where i needed to find it at. I also had the same issue and for the life of me couldnt not find it as well and thinking one of my mods had enabled it!
