Title: Driver Config Wont work

I cannot get the driver config to save the settings it clears them every time i save on both version 1.56 and 1.54. It also doesn't save the music plugins settings either. I have reinstalled and removed everything 3 times already and cannot figure it out. Among that movies do not play either. Any help would be appreciated.

This happens when the game converter isn’t used.
