Title: Is that possible to play graphical enhanced ff7 in Japanese languages?

I’m enjoying steam ff7 with reunion+ Satsuki’s mod. The graphic is so great and I shared a lot of screenshots with my friend who does not read  English very well, but very good in Japanese language. Now he hopes he can play ff7 with such stunning graphics but we all know steam version does not support Japanese language. I’m also not very familiar with mod, so I would like to ask this question in the subject.
