Title: TMG?
Post by: Contra on 2003-03-17 18:19:00
What is the likelyhood of there EVER being a "Tetra Master Gold" or anything along those lines... I liked Tetra Master a lot more than Triple Triad.... ^_^;; I hope this is the right forum...

I'd rather see TTG completed.

Depending on your definition of "completed", the answer changes.

Yes but that's what makes it fun! ;)

What was the difference between Tetra Master and Tetra Master gold?

I've I'm REALLY bored I could add it to my griever plugin (tetra master game) hehehe. :)

I'm beating on Dagger (FF9) now I've got the cards and character <name mostly at the moment> data extracted and I'm working on the Item stuff.  Magic Stone etc information is yet to be done.

Oh the horror.. hehehe

What's the difference between TMG and the original TM game?

I suppose I can add TM to my Griever plugin, wouldn't that be a silly thing to have in there? (snicker).  You could use the cards you aquired in the game to play too (hmmm). I have an openGL obect I can use I have the card textures all available. All i need is zeh board and some musac! (sorry this is getting a bit silly).

As for Dagger, I think after the magic/abilities stuff all I have left is the CRC. Amazingly FF9's format is a LOT simpler than FF8's or chrono cross's. (maybe not amazingly it was a really easy game to beat).  The card game is a lot more complex though and limited by the number of cards.  Which I can understand, the reason why that is s because each card is stored individually, Because each card is unique.  So one only has so much space in the save card. Unfortunately there is PLENTY of space on save states for FF9. 3k of the slot is NOT used for anything, so 512 cards could have been fit in that spot plus the reglar limit of 100.. 612 cards would be the max you could have. Granted it's a bit less than the 7733 for FF8 but still :)

I need to make this very clear... there is NO TMG. The forum says program feedback or Ideas. I wanted a Tetra Master game, and that was the firt game that came tomind. I didn't know there was a windows TM game.
